CHIHUAHUA PUPPY SALES CONTRACT
The Seller,_____________________ and the Buyer,
_______________________, hereby agree as follows:
1. The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer, for the amount of
$____________, payment of which is hereby acknowledged, a
male/female ______________ puppy, born on ________________, out
of __________________________________,
2.____ A. Limited and/or No Registration, never to be used for
breeding purposes, and to spayed or neutered at the appropriate
age.
3. The Seller has registered the puppy with the AKC and will
provide the registration papers to the Buyer. If registration
application were not supplied at the time of purchase, they will
be mailed as soon as the seller receives them.
4. The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health on the
date of purchase/ delivery. The Buyer has 72 hours to have puppy
checked by a Veterinarian of their choice. If your Veterinarian
finds anything wrong with the pup that you are uncomfortable
with, you may then return the pup along with the Vet statement
for a full refund. Please note that the seller is not
responsible for any Veterinarian cost.
5. The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition,
including adherence to a regular immunization schedule,
heartworm preventative, good diet, and a clean and safe
environment.
6. If at any time in its life, the puppy is to be sold or given
away, the Buyer shall so notify the breeder and
give the breeder first option to take the puppy back.
